Use IOD furniture transfer decals to add visual style to your upcycled furniture and home décor projects. IOD furniture appliques are applied by rubbing them onto your project surface and can be cut, rearranged and overlapped to create new and unique designs. 

Once applied, be sure to seal with a high-quality water-based poly-acrylic sealer or solvent-free wax.

• Free shipping promotions apply only to Iron Orchid Designs (IOD) products.

• If your order includes DIY paint, standard shipping rates will apply.

• Exceptionally large orders that exceed the capacity of my largest shipping box may require additional shipping charges. If this applies to your order, you will be contacted before shipment.

Shipping Insurance

• If your IOD order total exceeds $100, I strongly recommend purchasing Route Package Protection for the full value of your order. Route Protection is available as an optional add-on during checkout.

Please Note: The decision to purchase shipping insurance for IOD products is entirely yours. If you decline Route Protection and your package is lost, damaged or stolen, Milton's Daughter is not responsible for the loss and will not replace or refund uninsured orders.

If you purchase Route Package Protection and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, I will gladly assist you in resolving your claim through Route.

Orders without Route Protection that are valued at $100 or less are covered only by the carrier's standard insurance (currently provided by USPS for loss or damage, but not theft). Any claims for these shipments must be filed directly by the customer with the shipping carrier.

Shipping is available to the USA.  Shipping is also available to Canada and to select locations internationally, with the exception of DIY Paint and some liquid based products. All orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days from date of purchase except where indicated. 

*All US Flat Rate and special shipping offers exclude DIY Paint, and, in some cases, Sweet Pickins Milk Paint Products. If these products are added to your order, standard shipping rates will apply to the entire cart.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL ORDERS ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO ARRIVE ON ANY PARTICULAR DAY, REGARDLESS OF BEING SENT BY PRIORITY OR EXPEDITED SHIPPING.  NO CARRIER WILL GUARANTEE WHAT DAY YOUR PACKAGE WILL ARRIVE -- DATES ARE ONLY ESTIMATES.

Very large orders (particularly paint orders) may require additional shipping, beyond what is charged at checkout. If shipping costs for large orders exceed what is automatically charged (including Flat Rate Shipping Offers), you will be invoiced for additional funds before your package is shipped.

LOST AND DAMAGED PACKAGES:  Your USPS and UPS package is insured up to $100, regardless of it's value.  In the event your package is considered officially lost (as defined by the carrier's rules), you are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier using the tracking information provided. There is very little I can do to assist you as this must be done at your local post office or UPS dispatch center.  If you have taken Route Insurance as provided on my website, your package is insured for the full cart value, and I am happy to file a claim on your behalf for either replacement or refund. Resolution of claims with Route typically takes 48 hours.

International Shipping is available on a case by case basis.  Please use the contact form or email Lori@miltonsdaughter.com with specific shipping information and your order list and I will get back to you with a shipping quote. Orders placed online are not final until they are reviewed for proper international shipping costs.

***Pre-Orders*** - Pre-orders will be filled when product is received by Milton's Daughter. If you choose to include any other items in your cart, the entire order will be held until the pre-ordered item is ready to ship.  If you want your in-stock items to ship first, either order them separately or reach out to Lori@miltonsdaughter.com--you will be billed for the additional shipping in a separate invoice.

INSURANCE:

All orders include $100 package protection from the carrier--UPS or USPS, which covers loss and damage to the outer package. IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER THAT EXCEEDS $100, IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU INSURE YOU PACKAGE USING ROUTE PROTECTION, WHICH IS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE IN THE CHECK OUT CART.  ONLY ROUTE PROTECTION INSURES YOUR PACKAGE FOR THE FULL PURCHASE VALUE OF YOUR ORDER.

**REGARDING LIQUID CONTENTS--PLEASE READ**

Orders that contain liquid and semi solid products such as paints, waxes, paint mediums and all other water-based liquid products will not ship without Route Protection--you will find Route in the checkout cart--please do not uncheck the box.  If you do not see Route offered in the checkout cart (if checking out with FACEBOOK, SHOP or PAYPAL EXPRESS), please contact me directly at 917-960-2625 for a custom invoice. Any orders that contain anything that can potentially leak or freeze that do not contain the Route Protection will either have the jars taped or re-invoiced to you to include insurance.  IF YOU DO NOT RESPOND AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS BY MILTON'S DAUGHTER TO CONTACT YOU REGARDING YOUR UNINSURED LIQUID ORDER, MILTON'S DAUGHTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO OFFER A REMEDY AT THEIR DISCRETION, WHICH COULD INCLUDE BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: THE REMOVAL AND REFUND OF THOSE LIQUID ITEMS REQUIRING INSURANCE, SUCH AS LIQUIDS THAT WILL FREEZE IN EXTREME COLD WEATHER; OR IN OTHER CASES WHERE YOUR ENTIRE ORDER MIGHT BE CANCELLED AND A NEW INVOICE ISSUED TO YOU BY EMAIL WHICH INCLUDES THE NECESSARY INSURANCE.

Route Protection is available for all orders and is strongly recommended--it protects your order against leaking, damage, theft or loss. Claims are generally resolved within 48 hours or less. 

Packages ship via USPS or UPS (Packages to Canada ship via USPS and Canada Post). If you require overnight shipping or shipping by a different carrier that services rural areas, please contact me at Lori@miltonsdaughter.com and I will try my best to accommodate.  In the event an alternative shipping method is chosen, such as expedited shipping, you will be charged for any additional shipping costs. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Packages being shipped to Canada and Internationally can take between 1 - 4+ weeks to arrive at their final destination.

DIY Paint and select other products cannot be included in orders shipping to Canada and most international orders; in the event you check out with DIY Products or other products that cannot be shipped internationally, they will be refunded to you and deducted from your order.

**INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES: PLEASE READ**

The charge for Canadian shipping is $28 for packages up to 2 lbs and $43.99 for packages 2-4lbs. The charge for International shipping is $28.00 for packages up to 2 lbs, $34.99 for packages up to 3 lbs, and $44.99 for packages up to 4 lbs. Packages over 4 lbs are subject to additional review and the customer will be contacted to pay additional shipping over the 4lb limit. The customer will also be contacted to pay any additional shipping required over the price the website charges in keeping with the correct International Shipping rates as stated above. Shipping charges may change without notice due to shipping price fluctuations. If your package exceeds 4 lbs, you will be contacted to pay additional shipping charges. Shipping does not include any additional customs or duty fees--the customer is fully responsible for these additional fees. Route Insurance Protection is mandatory for packages being shipped to Canada and Internationally.

**Winter Shipping Advisory regarding DIY PAINT & PENTART**

DIY Paint and Pentart are water-based products that can be damaged if allowed to freeze. During the winter season, I am very selective in how and when I ship your orders containing these liquid and semi-solid products. 

If temperatures fall below freezing, and in order to ensure that your receive your products in good condition, these items will ship on Mondays through Wednesdays. Therefore, if you place an order on Thursday, it will not ship until Monday. If you have ordered other non paint products in the same order, your entire order will be shipped at the same time.

Route Protection is mandatory for the shipment of all PENTART, DIY Paint and Products.

In some cases, depending upon your location, you may be contacted for additional shipping when Priority Mail charges exceed standard shipping costs.

If the temperatures in your area are below freezing, you are fully responsible for bringing your package inside immediately upon delivery to avoid freezing.

 

All sales are final.

Your satisfaction with your purchase is my priority!  If you receive any damaged items, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt and include detailed photos of the damage. Any manufacturing or quality defects will be handled swiftly. Items lost, stolen or damaged in shipping will subject to the insurance rules of the carrier, unless you have selected Route Package Insurance at checkout--in which case your damage claim will be processed within 48 hours. Your package is automatically insured for up to $100 by both UPS and USPS. In some cases, additional insurance is added to packages on a case by case basis-you can follow up with Milton's Daughter to find out if any additional insurance has been applied to your order. Please follow up with your local UPS or USPS in order to file a claim.

On occasion, liquid items have been known to leak due to changes in air pressure and/or air temperature. Be assured that at the time your order is packed, all products are packed with extreme care and are in excellent shape with no loose jar lids and show no signs of leaks or damage.

Route Package Protection is offered in the checkout cart for all purchases; although I strongly advise that you take advantage of this service for all orders--especially those that exceed $100 in value, please be advised that Route Protection Insurance is MANDATORY for the shipment of all orders containing liquids and semi solids, such as paint and waxes.  If you do not checkout with Route when purchasing these products, you will be contacted to add Route to your order.
